Mokusei Intelligence is a private and personal initiative of Mr. Ashish Bohora who is an HNI Impact Investor. He has been a 2X Founder himself and has also invested in seed/early-stage startups that have shown a potential to grow and create impact at scale.

In 2021, Ashish founded 'Mokusei Intelligence Pvt. Ltd.' as a solopreneur - an EdFin startup geared towards addressing the pressing problems and vicious cycle of student debt. Mokusei Intelligence aimed at providing innovative 'Income Share Education Loans' to students in exchange of Income Share Agreements (ISAs). Unfortunately, Mokusei had to be shut down in 2023. He found himself unable to head & manage a startup owing to some health related issues.

But Ashish did not lose hope or let go of his dream. He decided to pursue his vision of making education affordable for all by funding student education in his personal capacity.

Apart from being a startup investor, Ashish provides Education Funds to deserving Indian Students for pursuing their higher education in his private & personal capacity. He aims to revolutionize the field of Education Funding by introducing 'Private Income Share Education Loans' as opposed to traditional interest based collateral/cosigner dependent education loans.

In line with the SDGs, Ashish's mission is to make education accessible to all irrespective of their financial & socio-economic background.

To achieve its vision & goals, he also envisions a mature society where repayment of education loans is easier, more reliable, without stress, fairer, more just, and more humane.

Till date, Ashish has helped multiple students to fully or partially secure their Education Funding via his Private Income Share Education Loans. With loans ranging from INR 5 Lakhs to up to INR 1 Crore, Ashish hopes to aid and assist well deserving talented students to achieve their dreams of an education that not only makes them independent but helps them to thrive & grow.
